WEATHER POLICY

Games will be canceled and no practices at PILC or Hilgers Gulch will be allowed:
1.     If the Wind Chill is 35 degrees or below.
2.     If there is lightning within 10 miles of either facility.
3.     If the heat index is 104 degrees or higher.
4.     If the air quality index reaches 200 or more.

The CASA Board will check the weather for game nights throughout the day to watch for the following weather conditions. Notifications will be sent out via email and posted to the website by 4:00 pm.

In the event that games have already started and an emergency weather situation arises teams on the field will be notified and the announcement will be emailed and posted to website.
