MESSAGE FROM THE BOARD [2-2-2012]

The CASA Board of Directors is moving forward within our organization with a focus of working together. 
CASA provides a variety of soccer options for Pierre and Ft.Pierre kids, ages 4 - 19 to learn and play the beautiful game of soccer.  To get out and get in the game with exercise and life skills.

It only takes a small spark of frustration to change into a huge blaze of miscommunication and anger that eats at the very thing that we cherish the most...our kids. 

We have the most amazing parents in our association that give of their time and talents for a beautiful game of soccer.  Let's keep up the good work.

If there is an issue or event that troubles an individual(s), the board of directors asks that you visit with the individual(s) to work out a solution.  If a satisfactory solution can not be agreed to with/without discussion of the issue, the board of directors asks that our members use the Conflict Resolution process to come before the Executive Board to work it out.  Executive Board meetings are not public and offer the person(s) requesting a meeting to visit freely with the board.

The process allows for an avenue to solve problems with each other.  The process works for everyone if we continue to work together for a solution.  Sometimes the solution by the majority may not be what we agree with.  But we work together for the benefit of the organization by sometimes agreeing to disagree.
