Fall Soccer Updates

Registration is CLOSED for the Fall Soccer season. 

Coaches Meeting – Coaches and Asst Coaches will meet July 28th at 7pm at AGC building for Rules/Regs Meeting and Team Selection process.  All Coaches are strongly encourage to make this meeting.  You will also pick up your equipment.

Team Info – Parents will hear from your team coach the week of Aug 4th.  Practices begin the week of Aug 11th and games start Aug 23 (U6) and Aug 25 (U8-U13+).

Player Equipment – Shin Guards are required for all players in all divisions.  (Helpful Hint:  Soccer shoes can be worn for baseball and football, but baseball and football shoes cannot be worn for soccer.)

Team Shirts – Each player will receive a team t-shirt this fall.  Players can wear shirts outside of soccer games, remembering that they are needed for game nights.

Concession Stand Duty – All teams will be assigned a concession stand night.  Coaches will assign a set of parents per that night.  All concession stand nights must be covered by the team assigned.

CASA is still looking for a Co-Concession Stand Coordinator to help with open/closing on game nights.  If interested please call Kim at 280-1561 or Charis 295-2047.

Respect for Facilities and Officials – We are all responsible for keeping PILC soccer complex clean and safe.  Please also know that many of our referees are first year refs and we are all learning.  If you have a major complaint with a referee, please visit with the referee coordinator.  Don’t forget to say ‘thanks ref’ for all games.

Game Nights – Soccer Fans will sit on the opposite side of field as the team.  Parents are welcome to stay for any Skills/Scrimmage nights scheduled for the U10 & U12 divisions.

Field Setup – August 2nd starting at 8am.  Lots of volunteers are needed to string, measure and paint soccer fields and move goals.  Please plan to come down and help.  If you can only attend for part of the time, please come on down to help with field set up.

Referee Training – August 2nd from 9am – 5pm at St Peter & Paul Family Center.  Anyone 12 years and older are invited to get certified or recertified to be a soccer referee.  Please let us know your are interested…REGISTER HERE.

Become a Pierre Athletic Booster Club Member – Supporting all Pierre Athletes this 14-15 school year.  Go to PABC for membership form and upcoming events.
